Our specialized camp is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning valuable skills like focus, respect, and perseverance, all while having a blast.

Parents-Kids
Children aged 3–6 years. Please note that a parent must remain on the mats with their child for the entire duration of the class.
Sport-Études
Shidokan offers a Sport-Études program to students identified as espoir, relève, élite, and excellence, by Judo Québec.
Sport-Concentration
After-school program for students from Grade 5 in elementary school up to Secondary 5.
Recreational (15+ years old)
Youth aged 15 and over, as well as adults aged 50 and over, all levels.
